Sunday, March 22 – Lent 4

Hello St. Nickers,

Services are still suspended and the church remains closed until further notice.
The Search Committee’s OTM party with Michael Ambler was canceled and hasn’t been rescheduled yet. We are waiting for new directions from Michael before we proceed. If you would like to return your questionnaire responses now, you can send them to Jane Ducott, c/o St. Nicholas Church, 350 US Route 1, Scarborough, ME 04074.   Or you can wait until we know more.  Thank you for your faithfulness and support in this process.
A simple service of worship from St. Luke’s Cathedral is live streamed at 10am on Sunday.  To gain access to this meaningful worship service:

Plastic Free for Lent
Looking for a way to try-on reducing plastic in your life? Join with people across The Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion for a Plastic Fast during Lent 2020. Visit the Green Anglicans calendar. Track your Carbon Footprint.
Another way you can try-on being kinder to the environment during Lent, is to join with The Episcopal Church and their Carbon Tracker initiative. The survey doesn’t take long to fill out, and if you don’t have your energy consumption bills while you do the survey, the system will make estimates for you. Click here for access to the carbon tracker!
Please stay connected to St. Nick’s friends, call someone to say hi, and contact Kelly or Cynthia if you have a question or pastoral care need. We miss being with you all!
