St. Elizabeth’s Essentials Pantry
Long John Sunday Returns
Long Johns Sunday Thanks!
Thank you for your generous donations of long underwear and socks for St. Elizabeth’s Essentials Pantry. Our congregation contributed many sets of long johns, lots of socks, and more than $150 in checks to help our neighbors stay warm this winter! While the official long johns drive is over, items can still be shared through the Essentials Pantry basket in the St. Nick’s entry way. Thank you for helping St. E’s help our community!
Note: St. Nick’s next scheduled time to volunteer at St. Elizabeth’s is Tuesday, January 14th. Please speak to Terry if you are interested in this ministry.
St. Nicholas Church will be providing dinner for the tenants of Logan Place on January 16. Thank you to whoever donated a Hannaford gift card to help with the dinner expenses! If others wish to cook, provide part of the dinner, or assist with serving on January 16, please contact Nancy Nickerson at 899-9382 or email@example.com. Many thanks!
Thank you to all who purchased chocolate bars, cocoa and papier mache hummingbirds last month…$236 (proceeds from these sales) is being donated to Konbit Sante, to continue its health work in Cap Haitien, Haiti.
Next Candy Bar sale will likely be near Valentine’s Day. —Nancy Nickerson
