The organ prelude for this Sunday is the  “Slow Movement from ‘Concerto in D Minor'” by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741).

The piano offertory is “Adagio from the First Sonata” by German composer Felix Mendelssohn (1809-1847).

The organ postlude is “Overture from ‘Firework Music'” by German/English composer George Frederic Handel (1685-1759).

Next Sunday, September 8, we will welcome back harpist K. Evah Helliwell who will play throughout the service.


The Bishop’s Committee meets on Thursday, September 12th at 6:30.  All are welcome to attend the meeting.



St. Elizabeth’s Essentials Pantry

Our next scheduled date for volunteering at the Pantry is Tuesday, September 10th from 9:00 to 11:00.  Please see Terry Foster if you would like to participate in this ministry. 

Logan Place

We will be making and serving dinner to the residents of Logan Place on Thursday, September 19th.  We welcome volunteers to purchase, prepare or serve the dinner.  Please speak to Nancy Nickerson if you would like to help.
