St. Nick’s next time to volunteer at St. Elizabeth’s Pantry is Tuesday, August 13th from 9:00 to 11:00.  Please speak with Terry Foster if you are interested in volunteering with this ministry.

We are looking for a volunteer to serve on the St. Elizabeth’s Pantry Board to replace Terry Foster who is retiring after serving for many years.  The following is a short description of the duties:

The St. Elizabeth’s Pantry board is made up of one person from each congregation that is involved.  The board meets once a month for a business meeting that generally lasts one hour to one hour and a half.  It is usually at 4:00p.m. on a Tuesday.  The meeting covers updates from the director, a treasurer’s report and discussion of any problems or concerns regarding the operation of the pantry.  Each member is included on a special web link sponsored by the Diocese.  Information is circulated via that link to each member.  Often matters to be discussed at the board meetings are half way discussed already by use of the web link which allows for a shorter board meeting.  If interested, please speak with Terry or Kelly.
